DownSpotter provides website availability information as-is, from a limited set of monitoring locations. It is not a warranty that a site is up or down worldwide, and it is not an SLA for any third-party service.

You may not use DownSpotter to scan or attack systems, to probe private networks, or to circumvent access controls. Automated live checks are restricted. We may rate-limit, block domains, or refuse service to protect origins and our infrastructure.

Status pages, diagnostics, and guides are for information. Do not rely on them as the sole signal for incident response or commercial decisions without your own monitoring.
